Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and endorse Prospect Business Partner Assessment Forms.
• Ensure data accuracy and timeliness of endorsement and approval.
• Prepare profit and loss statement analysis across Business Partners.
• Ensure profitable returns for Business Partners and PCPPI.
• Calculate and assess truck capacity usage, identify usage patterns, area accessibility, and monitor efficiency.
• Create monthly reports on utilization metrics and trends.
• Summarize key trends and insights of meeting material for discussion.
• Summarize and analyze Daily Stand-Up discussions for progress and action items.
• Evaluate productivity levels and identify areas for improvement.
• Summarize findings in regular reports with key metrics and deviations.

About the role

The Manager, Commercial Operations (Modern Trade) is responsible for reviewing and endorsing assessments of prospective business partners, analyzing profit and loss statements, monitoring third-party delivery performance, preparing presentation materials and summarizing key insights for the RSM's stand-up meetings, and evaluating salesforce productivity to identify opportunities for improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Review and endorse Prospect Business Partner Assessment Forms
• Ensure data accuracy and timeliness of endorsement and approval
• Prepare profit and loss statement analysis across Business Partners
• Ensure profitable returns for Business Partners and PCPPI
• Calculate and assess truck capacity usage, identify usage patterns, area accessibility, and monitor efficiency
• Create monthly reports on utilization metrics and trends
• Summarize key trends and insights of meeting material for discussion
• Summarize and analyze discussion from the Daily Stand-Up focused on reviewing progress, establishing action items, and setting up monitoring procedures for updates
• Evaluate productivity levels and identify areas for improvement
• Summarize findings in regular reports, highlighting key metrics and deviations

About you

• Graduate of Business Administration in Marketing Management or any related business course
• At least three (3) years relevant experience in Sales Management
• At least three (3) years relevant experience in Food & Beverage Industry
