Job summary

Cassie Design Marketing in Bulacan seeks a motivated sales and marketing professional to support brokers and their agents, coordinating inventory, pricing, financing options, and commissions, with accreditation and document handling in Odoo CRM.

Responding to inquiries on Meta, TikTok, email, and listings, you will qualify leads, route buyers, and guide site visits, reservations, and turnover processes while producing regular sales reports in Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Proficient in negotiation, sales management, and social media marketing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for accredited brokers and their agents; address inventory, pricing, financing, reservation requirements, and commissions.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries across Meta Business Suite, TikTok, email, and listing platforms; qualify leads and route buyers.
• Conduct on-site visits for model units, lots, and amenities; explain construction specs, turnover timelines, and financing pathways.
• Guide walk-in clients through reservation, computation, financing, and documentation; coordinate hand-offs to turnover teams.
• Input and maintain all leads, contacts, activities, and opportunities in Odoo CRM; keep buyer profiles and pipeline accurate.
• Generate weekly/monthly sales reports using Excel; reconcile CRM data with sales registers and flag discrepancies.
• Manage content engagement across Meta pages; elevate complex queries to marketing and update FAQs.
• Support marketing events, broker assemblies, open-house weekends, and other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

Broker & Agent Support

Serve as the primary point of contact for accredited brokers and their agents. Address day-to-day questions on inventory, pricing, financing options, reservation requirements, and commission processing. Coordinate accreditation, document submission, and ongoing engagement.

Online Inquiry Response

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries across Meta Business Suite (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger), TikTok, email, and listing platforms. Qualify leads, route serious buyers to the appropriate next step (site visit, broker assignment, or office consultation), and maintain conversation quality benchmarks.

Site Tripping

Conduct on-site visits with prospective buyers — model unit tours, lot walkthroughs, and amenity orientation. Present the property professionally, answer technical questions on construction specifications, turnover timelines, and HDMF / bank financing pathways.

Engage walk-in clients at the showroom or sales office. Guide buyers through reservation, computation, financing, and documentation. Coordinate hand-offs to documentation and turnover teams.

Input and maintain all leads, contacts, activities, and opportunities in Odoo CRM. Keep buyer profiles, source attribution, and pipeline stages current and accurate to enable reliable reporting.

Generate weekly and monthly sales reports using Microsoft Excel — pivot tables, lookups, conditional formatting, and basic dashboards. Reconcile CRM data with sales registers and flag discrepancies.

Content Engagement (Meta Business Suite)

Manage comment and message responses across Meta-managed pages and ad campaigns. Maintain consistent tone, elevate complex queries to marketing, and surface common questions back to the content team for FAQ updates.

Other Related Tasks

Support marketing events, broker assemblies, open-house weekends, and other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Requirements
