G8 SUBSEA PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth in Power Plant and Solar projects in the Philippines. You will manage key accounts, lead proposals, and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking clients where needed. The role emphasizes strategic sales development and client relationships.

The position prioritizes results, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and marketing to win new business.

Qualifications

• 5 years proven experience in sales management in Power Plant & Solar projects or related industrial/technical sector.
• Proven track record in Technical Sales & Client Acquisition in Industrial and Commercial sectors.
• Excellent communication skills; proficient in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Expand on sales and account development of Power Plant and Solar Power Business.
• Conduct Weekly Review of Sales Target and Revenue review to meet company growth targets.
• Customer Relationship Management and Account Management of Key clients in Energy & Telecoms.
• Development of Partnership Relations & Strategies.
• Develop Marketing Plan, social media, LinkedIn Marketing and events/conferences.
• Proposal Preparation, Commercial Review & Cost Planning.
• Develop & manage internal processes for continuous improvement for best practices in Sales & Client Development.

Qualifications:

• 5 years proven experience in sales management in Power Plant & Solar projects or related industrial/technical sector.
• Target Oriented and sales performance driven.
• Proven track record in Technical Sales & Client Acquisition in Industrial and Commercial sectors.
• Engineering or Business Degree preferred. Polytechnic with strong relevant experience will be considered.
• Excellent communication skills and able to communicate at all levels. Proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Able to exhibit good client account management skills.
• Proven leadership and management skills to deliver results within the team.
• Able to drive and possess own car is a benefit.
• Commercial experience in proposals and contract negotiation in similar sector.
