Job summary

Philsearch Consulting, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to develop strategies and grow complex retail accounts across Modern Trade, General Trade, and distributors.

You will lead a sales team, drive targets, and coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Business/Marketing with 5+ years of sales experience, including 2–3 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• College graduate in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Relevant experience in the retail industry, especially in school supplies, stationery, or office supplies.
• Strong background in distribution, key account management, trade marketing, and retail sales operations.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Good understanding of the Philippine retail landscape, including Modern Trade and General Trade channels.
• Experience managing distributors, dealers, key accounts, and retail partners is an advantage.
• Willing to travel nationwide as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.

• Monitor collection performance and support credit control efforts.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Handle customer concerns and maintain strong client relationships.
