DIC Philippines Inc is seeking an experienced Sales role to lead the preparation and implementation of sales programs, drive revenue growth, and manage key accounts. The position involves supervising sales activities, reviewing data for planning, and ensuring timely delivery of orders within budgetary guidance.
The role requires extensive experience in sales of ink/paint or chemical products, strong leadership in supervising staff, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Lead the preparation and implementation of sales programs to attain the Company's annual and monthly Sales volume, revenue, profitability and receivables budgets, considering the market, individual account and competitive environment. Supervise Sales activities and review relevant Sales-related data for manufacturing planning purposes and ensure the timely delivery of sales orders to the required volume. Expand the Company's account portfolio by developing new accounts, reactivating dormant accounts and/or recovering lost accounts by preparing sales plans that may be outside budgeted authority levels but may be long-term and strategic in nature. Direct and review customer-related relationship-building activities, ensuring judicious use of Company resources, cost-effectiveness, timeliness and achievement of desired purpose. Represent the company in an appropriately professional manner during relevant Sales calls at the appropriate level and in other Sales-related company or industry activities.

Lead the preparation and timely submission of the annual and semi-annual Sales components (volume, revenue, profitability) of the Company's Budget considering the competitive environment and Company budget objectives
Prepare and/or review and approve sales plans, proposals and price offers that are within budgeted authority level, considering profitability mandates, the competitive environment as well as account profiles
Lead the measurement of customer satisfaction indices and identifying and acting on areas for improvement
Prepare and submit management reports and lead the preparation and timely submission of other Sales-related reports or inputs to company reports as may be required
Manage the compilation and maintenance of a relevant customer, competitor and industry information base including the safekeeping and security of data thereof
Coordinate with and support Regional Marketing in product development objectives
Maintain trading and distribution agents that will support the expansion of the Company's account and product portfolios beyond internal Company reach and capability
Negotiate and set mutually beneficial working agreements with traders and distributors
Ensure compliance with DIC Way governance requirements on illegal trade practices and cartelization
Provide managerial oversight on the Department's staff, particularly with regards to compliance to governance, codes of conduct and discipline
Minimum holder of four-year college degree in Business, Commerce, Management or Chemistry/Chemical Engineering
At least seven (7) years of experience in sales of ink/paint or similar chemical industrial product
At least three (3) years in a relevant and meaningful sales supervisory or key account responsibility
Computer-literate and competent in Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated competency in the basic PLOC function of management required
Graduate degree in business management preferred but not required
