Job summary

Quality Choices Corporation, based in the Philippines, seeks a Sales Manager to lead the Retail & Trading sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional customer service across branches.

The role requires strong leadership, retail/trading expertise, inventory oversight, and collaboration with Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, and Marketing to execute promotions and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years in a Sales Manager or similar leadership role within retail and trading.
• Proven Sales Manager experience in the Food Industry.
• Strong knowledge of retail sales operations, trading, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store/branch operations.
• Proficiency in analyzing sales reports, KPIs, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, esp. Excel, and POS systems.
• Willing to travel and visit Public Markets as needed.

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Retail & Trading sales operations and drive business growth. Key responsibilities

Qualifications

• At least 2–5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the retail and trading industry.
• With proven experience being a Sales Manager in Food Industry.
• Strong knowledge of retail sales operations, trading, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing store or branch operations.
