Job summary

Citistores, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of sales associates, drive revenue, and optimize store operations. You will coach staff, manage inventory, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will analyze sales data, develop merchandising strategies, control costs, and align store performance with regional goals, while fostering a positive, collaborative work culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management.
• Willing to relocate (Staff house provided by the company)
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver a positive shopping experience.
• Proficient in data analysis and financial management, with the ability to interpret sales reports and make informed business decisions.
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers, team members, and senior management.
