Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations and ensure the store meets sales targets and key performance indicators
• Lead, motivate and manage retail staff, providing training, coaching and performance feedback
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure adequate stock availability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and visual merchandising standards

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
