About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Security Manager to join Southern Arms Corporation in a full-time position based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing all security operations, personnel management, and the implementation of comprehensive security protocols across our facilities and operations. As Security Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and protection of our assets, personnel, and clientele whilst maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct and compliance with relevant security regulations and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive security policies, procedures and protocols to ensure the protection of company assets, personnel and clients
• Oversee the recruitment, training, scheduling and performance management of security personnel and staff
• Conduct regular security assessments and risk evaluations to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures
• Manage security systems and technology, including CCTV, access control and alarm systems, ensuring optimal functionality and maintenance
• Respond to security incidents, conduct investigations and prepare detailed incident reports and recommendations
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as required
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and industry standards pertaining to security services
• Budget and manage security operations expenditure, including equipment procurement and maintenance costs
• Maintain detailed security logs, records and documentation in accordance with company requirements
