As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our market position and support the overall business goals of the organisation. Key responsibilities

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing management or a similar senior marketing role

• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business results

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities with experience supervising marketing professionals

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and marketing analytics software

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Filipino language skills are advantageous

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making

• Knowledge of marketing automation, content management systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools

• Experience in developing and managing marketing budgets and financial planning

• Creative thinking combined with strategic planning capabilities

• Project management experience and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
