Sales Management & Strategy Implementation

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve branch sales targets.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify opportunities for growth.
• Implement company marketing strategies, promos, and discounting policies.
• Oversee all sales transactions (financing and cash accounts) to ensure compliance with company guidelines.

Sales Process & Operational Oversight

• Oversee the sales group’s daily operations, including showroom duties and sales activities.
• Ensure accurate processing of sales documents, pricing, and promotions.
• Facilitate the submission of account folders to the Marketing Department for unit confirmation, approval, invoicing, and vehicle delivery.
• Ensure a smooth and professional final vehicle delivery process, assisting clients as needed.
• Monitor and evaluate the daily sales activity reports of Sales Representatives.

Recruitment, Training & Team Development

• Conduct recruitment and on‑boarding of new Sales Representatives (consultant)
• Provide sales training on product knowledge, salesmanship, and customer engagement.
• Coach and mentor the sales team to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and training refreshers.

Performance Monitoring & Compliance

• Track individual and team sales performance against targets.
• Conduct regular team meetings, orientations, and forums to discuss policies, sales strategies, and performance updates.
• Ensure sales team compliance with company‑issued memoranda and guidelines.
• Evaluate team effectiveness and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Customer Engagement & Brand Representation

• Assist clients throughout the sales process and final vehicle delivery.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and post‑sales support to ensure satisfaction.
• Represent the company at product launches, exhibits, and industry events organized by the dealership or Hyundai Philippines, Inc.
