The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in real estate sales, 3 years in leadership, and a proven track record of meeting targets in the Philippine market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with 3 years in a sales leadership or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of the Philippine real estate market, competitive landscape, customer behavior, and industry trends.
• Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales pipelines, and driving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of customer relationship management, sales forecasting, market analysis, and sales performance management.
