Job summary

Amtrade International is seeking a Sales Support Officer to join their logistics and sales support team. You will manage procurement, costings and order processing while liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

You will handle overseas documentation, coordinate with third-party warehouses and brokers, and contribute to accuracy in invoicing and stock control. A strong eye for detail and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or customer service with procurement or logistics tasks.
• Proficient in Excel reporting and data analysis.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare overseas costings and manage requisitions.
• Check costings, place overseas orders and verify PO costs.
• Process shipping documents for brokers, transport providers and customers.
• Organise deliveries to arrive on time and cost-effectively.
• Coordinate with warehouses, customers and suppliers on stock and deliveries.
• Support business groups with administrative or commercial matters.
