Outsourced.ph is hiring a Commercial & Contracts Specialist (Homebased) to join a AU client-focused team. You will own contracts, conduct commercial analysis, and support supply chain pricing and market research from a homebased setup.

The role sits between executive leadership and projects teams, focusing on procurement, tenders, and performance reporting with a strong emphasis on data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years in commercial, contracts administration, procurement or supply chain roles.
• Experience drafting and managing contracts, variations, renewals.
• Commercial analysis (pricing, margins, cost optimisation).
• Support tenders and RFQs; understand contract fundamentals (terms, risks, obligations).
• Exposure to remote sites or camp-style operations is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Contracts preparation and administration including variations and renewals.
• Conduct commercial analysis, pricing and cost analysis for reporting.
• Support supply-chain activities, tender/RFQ processes and market research.
• Collaborate with CEO, GM, CFO and Projects team to inform decisions.
