Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a Learning Delivery and Professional Development Specialist in Makati to deliver targeted learning programs for sellers and partners. You will design and execute onboarding and ongoing development, aligning outcomes with strategic goals, and drive impactful learning across multiple channels.

You will work with sales leadership to identify needs, develop engaging content, and measure impact using analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and/or Human Resources Management; Psychology preferred.
• At least 3 years in a similar industry with extensive sales training, facilitation, and management knowledge.
• Background in Finance, Banking, and Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Implement/Deliver the Learning and Performance Development Strategy for the sales organization.
• Identify learning needs with stakeholders and develop training plans and materials.
• Deliver onboarding and training programs for various sales channels and partners.
• Collaborate with Partnership Academy and support teams to align training with business outcomes.
• Evaluate post-learning performance and use analytics to improve programs.
