Job summary

AIA Philippines in Makati is seeking a Learning Delivery and Professional Development Specialist to drive targeted learning for the sales force and partners. You will ensure growth by aligning learning outcomes with AIA’s strategic goals and delivering programs across sales channels.

Responsibilities include onboarding, product training, and leveraging analytics to improve offerings, while collaborating with partner distribution teams for outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, HR Management or Psychology.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales training, facilitation and program management.
• Background in Finance, Banking or Insurance is preferred.
• Strong presentation, communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement learning and development strategy for the sales organization.
• Design and deliver training materials for sellers and partners.
• Evaluate learning outcomes and use analytics to improve programs.
• Collaborate with Partnership Distribution to align training with business goals.
