Job summary

AIA Philippines is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to implement and deliver the learning strategy for BPI AIA sales teams and stakeholders. You will analyse learning needs, design training materials, and lead delivery with a focus on learning transfer and impact.

You will onboard sales channels and support rollout of platforms and products, collaborating with the Partnership Academy and other teams to ensure alignment with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and/or Human Resources Management; Psychology
• At least 3 years work experience in a similar industry with extensive knowledge in sales training, facilitation, and management
• Background in Finance, Banking, and Insurance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong presentation, communication, problem solving, coaching, mentoring and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Works with the BPI AIA Sales Management team and BPI stakeholders to identify and analyse learning needs through gap analysis, establish training plans, design training classes and training materials on BPI AIA's products and services.
• Prioritize and schedule training initiatives that meet business objectives aligned with BPI AIA’s strategy on engagement and development.
• Develop and deploy learning experiences based on the 6D's of Learning, lead delivery and drive learning transfer while deploying necessary support and documentation.
• Deliver training/learning programs & projects with clear outcomes from sales stakeholders; evaluate post-learning performance and use analytics to improve programs.
• Conduct onboarding training programs for different sales channels and stakeholders, and participate in rollout of products, platforms, and technology solutions.
• Partner with Partnership Academy and BPI AIA support teams to align training with business outcomes.
• Train, mentor, develop, and coach BPI AIA sellers and partners; lead and motivate teams to learn, innovate and share information.
