Job summary

AIA Philippines is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to design and deliver engaging instructional content. The role shapes outcomes across instructional materials, UX considerations, and content strategy, while enabling effective trainer delivery and program evaluation.

The position emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholder communication, and data-driven improvements to learning solutions within the Insurance sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in training, learning, or human development, preferably in Finance or Insurance.
• Certifications in Instructional Design, UX design or Project Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging instructional materials (presentations, handouts, modules).
• Write clear, learner-friendly instructional text and scripts.
• Use instructional design methods to determine learning outcomes and approaches.
• Train facilitators and support train-the-trainer sessions.
• Participate in usability testing and create design specs and prototypes.
• Gather and analyze data to influence learning decisions and measure outcomes.
• Develop assessments aligned with learner outcomes and report on progress.
