Fast Autoworld Philippines Corporation - Mitsubishi Motors is seeking a Sales Head/Supervisor to lead sales and marketing operations within the business unit. The role reports directly to the Business Manager and requires strong leadership and a proven ability to meet sales targets.

You will oversee vehicle sales, finance and administration, HR and culture initiatives, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in any four-year course.
• Relevant experience in sales, customer service, and business development at a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership, coaching, team development, and people handling skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Holder of a valid Philippine Driver's License.
