About the role

A front-line leader responsible for overseeing a team of sales employees, monitoring daily sales operations, and ensuring revenue targets and customer service goals are met. They act as the primary bridge between lower-level sales staff and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new and existing sales representatives

• Conduct performance reviews and provide continuous feedback to boost team motivation and productivity

• Monitor individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas are achieved

• Greet customers, handle escalated inquiries, and resolve difficult complaints regarding products, services, or personnel to guarantee satisfaction

• Create staff work schedules, assign daily tasks, and manage shift coverage

• Oversee inventory levels or visual merchandising standards

• Analyze sales data and track figures utilizing information technology or CRM software

• Report progress updates or market trends to upper management

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (Required)

• At least 1 year of successful experience as Sales Supervisor (Preferred)

• Mastery of modern CRM software alongside data analytics tools

• Strong emotional intelligence, persuasive communication, conflict resolution, and motivational leadership
