We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our road transport and trucking services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the transportation and logistics industry.

• Promote the company's road transport and trucking services to potential clients.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to secure recurring business.

• Conduct sales presentations, client visits, and negotiations.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and outstanding accounts.

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• 3 years of sales experience, preferably in trucking, logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation services, is required.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good knowledge of road transport and logistics operations is an advantage.
