You will engage with business owners, sales managers, and team leads to demonstrate value and drive revenue.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, tailored proposals, and strong relationship-building with decision-makers across target organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS or CRM-related products
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand and articulate business value
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Filipino and English
• Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and deals simultaneously without losing focus
• Comfortable conducting virtual and in-person product demonstrations
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and territory coverage

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads from SMEs, agencies, and sales-driven organizations who need CRM and pipeline visibility
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations showing how Clarity solves real-world sales management challenges
• Develop tailored proposals that align Clarity's features with each prospect's pain points and business goals
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within target organizations
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through disciplined pipeline management
• Partner with marketing to create targeted outreach campaigns, case studies, and sales collateral
• Coordinate with the product team to relay client feedback and contribute to the product roadmap
• Assist clients during onboarding to ensure successful adoption and maximize retention
• Track all activities, deals, and revenue projections using internal sales tools
• Stay updated on CRM industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
