Job summary

Marcura in the Philippines is seeking a driven Sales Executive to grow the customer base and revenue. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities include cold calling, networking, presenting proposals, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to close. The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven sales or business development experience.
• Experience as a Sales Executive or similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable, value-driven solutions
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of proven experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
