Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in business operations, management, or leadership roles.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent financial, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in business software and reporting tools.
• Ability to lead teams, manage complex operations, and achieve performance targets.
• High ethical standards, accountability, and strategic mindset.
• With background either in healthcare industry or B2B.
