Responsibilities

• Actively generate new sales leads (sale and/or rental) and develop a strong pipeline across sectors
• Manage assigned key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships, coordinating with Aftersales and Operations
• Work with Sales Manager/Technical/Service teams for specifications and site requirements; coordinate with Operations for delivery schedules
• Ensure customers comply with approved credit terms; follow up on collections with Finance; monitor AR performance
• Submit regular sales reports including Pipeline/Prospects, closed deals and lost opportunities; maintain accurate records

Job description

1.Sales & Business Development/Account Planning

• Actively generate new sales leads (sale and/or rental)
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline across real estate developers, construction, telecoms, industrial, logistics, manufacturing, mining and commercial clients
• Conduct client visits, site inspections and able to analyze to recommend suitable equipment solutions
• Prepare and present quotations and technical – commercial offers in coordination with technical and operations team
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets (revenue, GP, units)

2.Account Management

• Manage assigned key accounts and maintain long term client relationship
• Coordinate closely with Aftersales and Operations to ensure smooth delivery, commissioning and aftersales support
• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address issues to protect repeat business

3.Coordination & Internal Alignment

• Work closely with Sales Manager/Technical/Service teams for specifications and site requirements
• Operations & Logistics for delivery schedules
• Finance for credit terms, billing and collections
• Ensure all commitments to clients are properly documented (emails, proposals, POs)

4.Credit & Collection Discipline

• Ensure customers comply with approved credit terms
• Actively follow up on collections and overdue accounts in coordination with Finance
• Understand the sales accountability included AR performance not just booking revenue

5.Reporting & Documentation

• Submit regular sales reports including Pipeline/Prospects, closed deals and lost opportunities (with reason)
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records
• Gather and report market feedback, competitor activity, pricing trends and project movements
• Identify opportunities for cross selling across all products (gensets, forklifts, Alimak, Kleemann, parts, service, et al)
