Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an Account Officer (Sales Engineer) to drive sales objectives through effective account coverage and product endorsements. The role involves servicing new and existing accounts, preparing proposals, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely delivery.

The candidate will design coverage plans, gather requirements, and negotiate with clients while supporting the Sales Head. On-site work at Antipolo City locations with potential KPI-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Sales experience is an advantage but not required.
• Understanding of electrical industry and products.
• Excellent customer relationship skills.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Business acumen

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new accounts from referrals, telemarketing, cold calls, and other leads.
• Grow business with existing clients by expanding offerings to develop captive customers.
• Design and implement a coverage work plan to visit all accounts regularly.
• Gather customer requirements and bids and prepare proposals for standard products.
• Coordinate with Design Development and Planning teams for non-standard products.
• Coordinate with Finance for credit investigations and documentation.
• Negotiate with clients and consult Sales Head before submitting proposals.
• Possibly join site visits for pre and ongoing projects.
• Prepare Sales Order Form attachments with the Customer Service Team.
• Monitor progress of projects and analyze sales development in accounts.
• Monitor competitor activities and pricing from the trade.
• May represent the company at client events and projects.
• Assist in collecting overdue accounts and budgeting processes.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area.
