Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Antipolo, Rizal is seeking a results-driven sales professional with a background in electrical products. You will develop new accounts, grow existing ones, and coordinate proposals, pricing, and contracts.

Responsibilities include planning account visits, gathering requirements, and coordinating with internal teams (DDT, Finance, Legal) to craft compelling bids. You’ll also monitor budgets, forecast needs, and help maintain strong client partnerships.

Qualifications

• College graduate, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
• Sales experience is an advantage but not required.
• Understanding of electrical industry and products.
• Business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new accounts from referrals, telemarketing, cold calls, and other leads.
• Grow existing accounts by expanding offerings to clients to sustain captive customers.
• Design and implement a coverage plan to visit all accounts regularly.
• Gather requirements and bid materials, and prepare proposals for standard offers.
• Endorse non-standard inquiries to the Design Development Team and Planning Team for evaluation and lead time.
• Coordinate with Finance for credit checks and necessary documents.
• Consult Legal Counsel on major contracts and prepare proposals with department inputs.
• Negotiate with clients and consult Sales Head before submission of proposals.
• Join site visits for pre- and ongoing projects when needed.
• Coordinate with Customer Service on Sales Order Forms and attachments.
• Prepare yearly forecasts and budgets; monitor project progress and sales development.
• Track competitor activities and pricing; report insights from the trade.
• Represent the company at client events to maintain strong relationships.
• Assist in collections of overdue accounts.
• Help formulate objectives, forecasts, and budgets; maintain a safe workplace.
• May stand in for Sales Team Leader during meetings; perform other assigned tasks.
