Tri-Dimension Metal Fabrication in the Philippines is seeking a Freelance Account Executive/Sales Officer to drive new business and maintain client relationships. The role entails conducting presentations, preparing sales proposals, and closing deals while working independently in a remote/field-based setup. Ideal candidates should possess strong sales skills and experience in construction or industrial sales is a plus. This position offers commission-based income and flexibility with no fixed working hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (preferred but not required).
• Experience in construction, fabrication, or industrial sales is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct client presentations and product/service demonstrations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales contracts
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, operations, accounting) for order processing and delivery
• Monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Submit regular sales reports and updates to management
• Assist in market research and competitor analysis
