Moldex Group of Companies is seeking a results-driven sales professional for field assignments in the Philippines. You will represent the company to construction hardware suppliers and contractors, conduct presentations and demonstrations, and drive product promotions.

Ideal candidates have engineering-related education, relevant sales experience in construction materials, and willingness to work in field settings to build client relationships and close deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field (non-engineering graduates may apply).
• 3+ years of experience selling construction materials.
• Experience handling clients in the construction industry (hardware, contractors, etc.).
• Amenable to field work in an itinerary-based setup.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company to potential clients and close sales for assigned products.
• Regular coverage of potential clients in the area and ensure proper representation in all market sectors.
• Conduct credit investigations and verify information in the credit information sheet (CIS).
• Clear up status of critical accounts and coordinate actions with Credit and Collection monthly.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations using samples, testimonials, brochures and price lists; promote products accordingly.
• Provide after-sales support with technical assistance on product requirements and material estimates to close sales.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represents the company to any potential client and close sales for assigned type of products of the company.

• Responsible for regular coverage to all potential clients in the respective area of responsibility and ensure that the company is properly represented in all sectors of the market

• Conducts credit investigation and evaluation to potential client for opening and ensure that information written in the credit information sheet (CIS) are true and confirmed.

• Clear up status of critical accounts and ensure that the necessary actions are taken so that these accounts are removed in the critical lists furnished by Credit and Collection department on a monthly basis.

• Conducts sales presentation, product demonstrations using samples, testimonials. Brochures and price lists and recommend product promotions that would fit in the area of responsibility and product assignment.

• Provides before-and-after sales services to clients through technical assistance on product requirements design and material estimates with the end objective of closing the sales.
  

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• With at least a Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering program or related. (Non-engineering graduates may also apply)

• Preferably with 3 or more year(s) of exposure in selling of construction materials.

• With experience in handling clients within the construction industry (hardwares, contractors, etc.)

• Amenable to do field works in an itinerary based set-up
