Job summary

• Assist in initial drawing preparation for bids and account manager requirements.

• Coordinate with CAD system to create/modify drawings under supervision.
• Submit project docs for approval and track submission schedule.
• Support marketing to ensure consistency in non-technical docs.
• Assist AVP-Engineering with day-to-day transactions and projects.
• Review documents for completeness and contract compliance.

Job description

• Assist on Initial drawing preparation for bidding and/or Account Manager Requirements.
• Assist Project in-charge in drawing requirements if required.
• Prepares Shop-Drawings and As-built drawings for permit requirements.
• Prepared As-build Plans of Project in-Charge for filling and final submission.
• Prepare drawings Permit, Shop, Construction, Combined Services, As-build and Blueprints.
• Work with CAD system creating, modifying and releasing drawings under direct supervision of a supervisor for use by the Engineering.
• Assist in the maintenance and review of supporting technical data/documents.
• Work in conjunction with the Marketing department to ensure consistency throughout non technical documentation.
• Assist the AVP-Engineering on his day to day transaction and projects.
• Submit project documentation to management for approval, and transmits approved documents to clients.
• Monitor status for project to ensure documentation is submitted according to schedule.
• Reviews and verifies project documents for completeness, format and compliance with contract requirements.
• Create and maintain standardized and automated MS Word/Excel, Forms and templates.
