• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fire safety systems and solutions
• Prepare detailed proposals and quotations tailored to customer needs

• Provide post-sales support and liaise with the installation and service teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, product developments, and market trends

The role

We are seeking a talented Sales Engineer to join our team at Atlantica Fire Safety Systems, Inc. in Paranaque City Metro Manila. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our fire safety systems solutions business. This is a full-time position that will allow you to leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to deliver exceptional customer service and secure new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fire safety systems and solutions
• Prepare detailed proposals and quotations tailored to customer needs
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Provide post-sales support and liaise with the installation and service teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, product developments, and market trends
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and content
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline, with particular preference for Mechanical Engineering

Experience

Experience as a Sales Engineer or Technical Sales Representative in the fire safety or building systems industry is a plus.

Proven track record of successfully selling complex, technical solutions to commercial and industrial clients

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business value

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions

Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales enablement tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets

Proficient knowledge and skill with AutoCad program.
