Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction project management or project engineering.
• Proven experience with fire safety systems, building systems integration, or related infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and technical assessments to verify design specifications and industry standards.
• Coordinate with installation teams, contractors, and subcontractors for seamless project execution.

• Identify and resolve technical issues and obstacles during project implementation.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction project management or project engineering

Proven experience with fire safety systems, building systems integration, or related infrastructure projects

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations

Excellent project management skills, including ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multiple stakeholders

Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams

Problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail in technical documentation and reporting

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites within Central Luzon

Knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM software, or other design and planning tools is desirable
