Job summary

Atlantica Fire Safety Systems, Inc is seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Engineer to join our team in Bulacan, Central Luzon. This contract position involves overseeing the technical aspects of project execution, ensuring compliance with specifications, timelines, and safety standards.

As part of our team, you will monitor schedules and budgets, coordinate with installation teams and subcontractors, and prepare detailed reports for management and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction project management or project engineering.
• Proven experience with fire safety systems, building systems integration, or related infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and technical assessments to verify design specifications and industry standards.
• Coordinate with installation teams, contractors, and subcontractors for seamless project execution.
• Prepare detailed project reports, technical documentation, and progress updates for senior management and clients.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and obstacles during project implementation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and fire safety standards.
• Conduct quality assurance testing and inspections on completed work to guarantee system functionality.
• Liaise with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with deliverables.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, materials, equipment, and personnel hours.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices within the project management function.
