Job summary

Compresstech Resources Inc. is seeking an Experienced Sales Engineer in the Manila area. You will drive growth by delivering expert technical solutions and building strong client relationships for industrial products such as vacuum pumps, air tools, fans and blowers.

The role requires hands-on technical sales experience, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and willingness to travel for field work. A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in sales of vacuum pumps, air tools, fans, blowers or related equipment (REQUIRED).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with passion for sales.
• Willingness to travel and perform field work as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a 4-wheel vehicle.
• Willingness to be assigned in the Manila area.
