Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer for Cebu (Mandaue area) to drive equipment sales and build strong customer relationships. You will identify operational challenges and propose technical solutions, visiting clients across the territory and presenting compelling proposals.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in technical sales within industrial machinery, a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, excellent English, and a hunter mindset. Willingness to travel within Cebu.

Job Description

• Drive sales of industrial equipment and engineered solutions within the assigned territory (Cebu).
• Develop new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.
• Conduct customer visits to identify operational challenges and recommend technical solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain customer information through CRM systems.
• Work closely with internal technical and service teams to support customer requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Sales Engineer - Cebu (Mandaue) should have:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in technical sales, equipment sales, industrial machinery, compressors, pumps, or related industries.
• Strong hunter mindset with the ability to win new business while managing existing accounts.
• Comfortable engaging customers and presenting technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills in English; Bisaya/Cebuano proficiency is highly preferred.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and digital sales platforms.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Open to learning and developing within a structured sales environment.
