Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in sales assistance, order processing, or sales administration.
• Technical background with knowledge of mechanical products or systems.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with day-to-day sales operations and administrative support.
• Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, and logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Provide basic technical support and product information related to mechanical products.
• Communicate with customers via email and phone to address order status, inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update sales records, databases, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and sales documentation standards.
