- Receives inquiries from customers via phone calls, emails or fax for price quotations or product verifications, purchase orders, government bids, and changes or cancellations directly from customers.
- Responds immediately to customer inquiries or information needs and provides positive, courteous services to customers; answers questions regarding product lines, prices, delivery led time, warranty period, customer services and credit arrangement. Use Request for Information form for the inquiries.
- Submit quotation to customers and follow-up, if necessary.
- Conducts product orientation.
- Sends product literature, drawings and specifications, references and other data to customer as required.
- Coordinate with the other Sales Rep, works with Operations (Planning, QAC) Departments to ensure timely delivery of schedules; maintains close monitoring with the other departments to carry through completions.
- Works with the Accounting Department to establish new accounts; assists customer in preparing and processing credit arrangements.
- Submits Itinerary Report and forecast report the Sales Department Head.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil, or related field
- Knowledge in product specifications and pricing is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- With experience in sales or customer service (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Willing to travel or do fieldwork when necessary
- Professional, proactive, and results-driven.
