Qualifications

• Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with e-learning software, video editing, and content authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop Content: Create training manuals, video tutorials, e-learning modules, and presentations.
• Conduct Training: Lead in-person workshops, virtual webinars, and live demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work with product development, sales, and marketing to learn about new product updates and launches.
• Assess Performance: Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, quizzes, and performance metrics.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert: Provide ongoing support and answer product-related questions for staff or clients.
