Job summary

Nabati Food Philippines, Inc. is seeking a role that works with the Selling Systems and Training Manager and Sales Leaders to strengthen sales force effectiveness and enable successful execution of commercial and RTM strategies across the Philippines.

The position focuses on implementing and improving selling systems, digital sales tools, driving system adoption, and ensuring data accuracy through dashboards and reports to support sales decisions.

Responsibilities

• Supports RTM strategies, route structures, and sales execution standards.
• Develops and improves selling systems and digital sales tools.
• Drives system adoption through user guidelines, training, usage monitoring, and resolution of system-related gaps.
• Ensures data accuracy and effective reporting by maintaining controls and developing dashboards and reports for sales decision-making.
• Leads process automation and improvement initiatives to reduce manual work, simplify processes, and improve productivity.
• Develops and conducts sales training and capability-building programs covering customer targeting, selling, account management, negotiation, and execution.
• Works closely with distributors and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of RTM, selling systems, and sales capability initiatives.
