Job summary

Home Credit Philippines seeks a Sales Trainer to facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for the sales network. You will cascade updates, ensure effective delivery, and drive improvements through coaching and performance analysis.

• Test sales performance, diagnose gaps, and initiate retraining where needed. • Create engaging training using traditional and non-traditional methods, including e-learning and video training.

Qualifications

• Experience in adult training or similar role preferred.
• Ability to analyze training needs and diagnose gaps.
• Excellent presentation and communication in English and Tagalog.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Execute training courses for sales staff.
• Test performance and analyze results to identify improvements.
• Initiate actions to improve staff performance.
• Coach sales staff on the job and support quality control.
• Improve training processes with e-learning and video training.
