ROLE OVERVIEW:

A Sales Director is responsible for identifying and developing new marketing opportunities, as well as creating and executing sales strategies. This role also involves overseeing both the marketing and sales teams, ensuring effective management practices to achieve the company’s operational objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field; a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is an advantage.

• With 3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing, with proven experience in a managerial or leadership role.

• Strong background in sales strategy, business development, market expansion, and revenue growth.

• Excellent leadership, decision-making, strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with advanced computer skills.

• With a valid driver’s license and willing to travel as needed.Highly results-oriented, organized, and capable of managing teams and multiple priorities.
