As a sales builder, you will be responsible for building and scaling high-performing teams, standing up robust sales processes, designing playbooks and commission schemes, and maintaining strict forecast governance across the department. Salary: ₱40,000 – ₱60,000 / month

Key Responsibilities

• Quota & Forecast Governance: Own overall department quota delivery, sales pipeline, and forecast governance.
• Team Leadership & Talent Development: Lead, hire, ramp, coach, and retain top sales talent across the organization.
• Executive Reporting: Manage recurring sales reporting cycles and report directly to senior management.
• Playbook & Strategy Ownership: Own the sales playbook, structure training pathways, and design competitive commission schemes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 7–10+ years in sales with a proven track record of team leadership and team-quota delivery.
• Industry Preference: Background in ICT / technology industry is strongly preferred.
• Mindset & Leadership: A true builder capable of standing up a structured sales process, forecast model, and sales team from the ground up.
