Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an experienced sales leader to own the department quota, pipeline, and forecast governance. You will lead, hire, ramp, coach and retain the team, and run the sales reporting cycle for management.

You will own the playbook, training pathway and commission scheme, building scalable processes and a high-performing team in Gen. T de Leon, Valenzuela. A background in ICT/tech sales and proven quota delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in sales with proven team leadership and team-quota delivery.
• ICT/technology industry experience strongly preferred.
• A builder who can stand up a process, a forecast and a team.
