LeadAdvisors, a US-focused digital marketing agency, is hiring a Sales Director in the Philippines who has led a sales team and owned a revenue target. You will drive growth by selling SEO, websites, paid media, and lead generation services to US businesses, building a scalable, high-velocity sales machine.

You will coach sellers, review deals, manage pipeline, and, when required, close strategic deals yourself.

Formación

• Must have led sellers or a sales function and owned a revenue target.
• Experience selling in digital advertising, affiliate marketing, ad networks, paid media, SEO, websites or related areas.
• Able to explain buyer economics: PPC, CPL, lead quality and conversion.
• Able to back up results: team size, quota vs attainment, deal size and sales cycle.

About the role:

LeadAdvisors sells SEO, websites, paid media and lead generation to US businesses. We are hiring a Sales Director who has led a sales team, owned a revenue number and sold digital or advertising services.

What you will own:

• The revenue target: pipeline, forecast, win rate and closed revenue.
• Coaching and managing sellers, including deal reviews and pipeline inspection.
• Closing strategic deals yourself, not only managing others who close.

Required:

• You have led sellers or a sales function and owned a revenue target.
• You have sold in at least one of these areas: digital advertising, affiliate marketing, ad networks, paid media, media buying, SEO, web development or websites, domains, Facebook/Meta Ads, Google Ads, Taboola or native advertising. You do not need all of them.
• You can explain the buyer's economics: PPC, cost per lead (CPL), lead quality and conversion.
• You can back up your results: team size, quota vs. attainment, deal size and sales cycle.

Not a fit:

• Media buying or campaign execution with no sales responsibility.
• A senior title with no revenue ownership behind it.
