Job summary

UPTC is seeking a Business Development Specialist in Makati to generate B2B leads, build partnerships, and convert business opportunities for digital advertising screens and building media solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of business development or sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage client relationships from initial outreach to closing deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.

• Experience in real estate, property, media, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build relationships with property owners, developers, property managers, contractors, and building decision makers.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, research, and direct outreach.
• Develop partnerships with elevator, HVAC, MEP, engineering, ICT, CCTV/security, and building technology companies.
• Conduct site visits and identify suitable locations for digital displays.
• Handle presentations, proposals, negotiations, closing, and account management.
• Coordinate projects, installations, client requirements, and internal teams.
• Maintain the sales pipeline, customer database, reports, and market/competitor updates.
• Achieve assigned sales, lead-generation, partnership, and revenue targets.
