You will research and find potential leads, call them to introduce our services, and book qualified appointments for the sales team to close. It’s ideal if you’re confident on the phone, can research prospects independently, and stay motivated to hit daily targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
• Confident, clear, and professional phone communication skills.
• Experience researching and qualifying leads on your own.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to US-based small businesses.
• Composed, organized, and independent.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and find prospective US small business leads based on defined criteria.
• Make cold calls to introduce our services and qualify prospects.
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team to follow up on and close.
• Gather and accurately record key prospect information on every call.
• Manage daily outbound calling through our existing phone/dialer system.
• Submit daily end-of-shift reports covering calls made, leads collected, voicemails, and missed calls.
• Log your hours accurately in the provided time tracking system.
• Follow the provided call scripts and outreach guidelines.
• Work with the sales team to make sure qualified leads are handed off smoothly.
