You will research leads, make outbound calls, and set qualified appointments for our sales team. Strong phone communication, confidence on the line, and the ability to work independently are essential.

This is a remote position from the Philippines with daily targets and detailed call reporting to help grow our client base.

Qualifications

• Proven background in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
• Confident, clear, and professional phone communication.
• Experience researching and qualifying leads on your own.
• At ease calling US-based small businesses
• Detail-conscious, dependable, and able to self-direct
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Find and research prospective US small business leads that fit defined criteria
• Make outbound cold calls to present our services and qualify prospects
• Set qualified appointments for the sales team to pick up and close
• Gather and correctly log key prospect details during every call
• Run daily outbound calling through our existing phone/dialer system
• Send daily end-of-shift reports summarizing calls made, leads gathered, voicemails, and missed calls
• Record hours accurately in the time tracking system provided
• Stick to the provided call scripts and outreach guidelines
• Liaise with the sales team so qualified leads are handed off smoothly
