Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective US small business leads based on defined criteria.
• Place outbound cold calls to introduce services and qualify prospects.
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team to follow up on and close.
• Capture and accurately record key prospect information on every call.
• Use the existing phone/dialer system to manage daily outbound calling.
• Submit daily end-of-shift reports covering calls made, leads collected, voicemails, and missed calls.
• Log hours accurately in the provided time tracking system.
• Follow the provided call scripts and outreach guidelines.
• Work with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
