Job summary

Exypnox Inc in Manila is seeking a Sales Development Representative to fuel our outbound engine for Boostlingo's language platform. You'll drive calls and emails, qualify leads, and book demos for the Account Executive team. The role is hybrid with two office days in BGC and a night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of outbound sales or 4+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Must be based in Metro Manila and work from within Metro Manila due to operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound engagement — 70+ calls and 50+ personalized emails each day using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn.
• Identify and qualify high-potential leads to generate interest in Boostlingo’s solutions.
• Schedule at least 10 qualified demos monthly for our Account Executive team.
• Experiment with new outreach tactics and messaging to boost response rates.
• Take a consultative approach — understand each prospect’s challenges and show how we can help them succeed.

Hybrid Work Set-up: Strictly two (2) office days in BGC.
Shift Schedule: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM | Night Shift

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.

• 3+ years of experience as an Outbound Sales Representative, or 4+ years relevant B2B sales experience.

• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Organized, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

• A proactive, curious, self-starter mindset.

• While this is a Hybrid role, employees must be based in Metro Manila and work from within Metro Manila due to operational requirements.
