Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Sales Development Representative for the Eastwood/Quezon City area. The role is remote with a night shift and full‑time employment, offering monthly pay in PHP.

You will source leads, engage prospects, and present the client’s value propositions to accelerate opportunities. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in sales or customer support, excellent English, and the ability to understand customer needs to propose suitable solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in sales or customer support.
• Strong English communication abilities.

• Willingness to perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and build lead lists, or engage with inbound leads using templates and playbooks.
• Convey the client’s key value propositions and educate prospects on solutions.
• Maintain the client’s brand position as an industry expert.
• Qualify engagements per the framework and route them quickly (self‑service flow, set appointments, or disqualify for future engagement).
• Report daily activities and track progress toward sales targets.
• Improve outreach strategies based on learnings to increase velocity and conversions.
• Build trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
• Meet monthly lead‑generation targets measured against attainment.
